Spot on service from the owners - home made banana bread with our cup of tea cheered us up no end when we returned cold and wet from our walk!

Owners Allan & Ollie were extemely friendly and made us feel very welcome. You get the impression nothing is too much trouble for them. They recommended local bars and restaurants which proved to be fantastic. Good size room with wonderful side sea view. Breakfast in the room was fantastic. I wish the new owners the very best of luck
En suite bathroom is on the small side and slightly dated however it was spotlessly clean and I am aware the new owners are looking to update the bathrooms soon

Best. Hotel. Ever. The two owners Alan and Ollie are marvellous, so friendly and helpful (to the point of giving you their mobile numbers if you need any help whilst away from 27) that you know you'll have a great stay. Only a short walk into town makes it a great location for shopping and pubs (and the sealife centre!). The bed was extremely comfy and the room was a nice size. The breakfast was delicious and served 'til late enough that even a lazybones like myself didn't feel rushed to get up and eat. Oh and complimentary rock on the pillows! It's the little touches like that really make your stay. I will certainly be staying again on my next trip to Brighton!

Antony's warm welcome with a glass of sherry created a friendly vibe. The room showcased such charming decor. I loved the complimentary refreshments and quality toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with fresh homemade options. I especially enjoyed the granola! The location couldn't be better, close to all major attractions. A minor downside was the somewhat tight bathroom space. It could get cramped. Despite that, the overall comfort of the bed made up for it. I would definitely come back for the ambiance and hospitality!

Cozy and cute stay
The Villiers room was super comfy and clean. It was quiet, great sleep. Breakfast was delish, and we enjoyed the sherry in the room. Only thing was the shower pressure could've been better. Still, it was a totally chill spot for a getaway!

The owners were very friendly and made us feel really welcome. The design of the B&B was very good and have been informed that they will continue to do it up so will only get better. The breakfast was very good and not too early! Location wise, you are only minutes from walking to most places you would want to visit in Brighton and there is cheap parking available at the park up the road from the B&B. The B&B helped make it a great trip to Brighton and would thoroughly recommend staying there.
It was my own stupid fault but I booked a room which didn't have a toilet in it. However, you do get your own toilet.

Charming Guesthouse with Thoughtful Amenities
The decor was unique, giving the room loads of character, and I appreciated the charming extra touches like the decanter of sherry and homemade treats. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the breakfast was a delicious experience that set a wonderful tone for the day. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the noise level. I could hear other guests moving around at times.
